Terms of service

Last updated 24 October 2026

1. Who we are

Lucimo is a trading name of Robin Klajzyngier, a sole trader in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Address: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Email: hello@lucimo.app.

These terms apply when you use Lucimo at lucimo.app. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. The service

Lucimo is a web app for planning your day: capturing tasks and notes, organising them into projects, and planning your time. It is a new product and it will change. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you at least 30 days before.

3. Your account

4. Plans, free trial and payment

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Onelink account, where your subscription is managed (Onelink emails you when you subscribe), or by emailing hello@lucimo.app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

6. Your content

Everything you put into Lucimo stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We do not sell your content, we do not show you ads, and we do not use your content to train AI models. You can export or delete your content at any time.

7. Fair use

Don't use Lucimo to break the law, to store content that infringes someone else's rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Availability

We work to keep Lucimo running and your data safe, and we back it up. We can't promise it will never be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers.

9. Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

If we ever close Lucimo, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your content, and a refund for any time you have paid for but not used.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the European Union, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Contact

Questions or complaints: hello@lucimo.app. We reply within 5 working days.
